Crowdcauses has partnered with IP2Market, a social impact company getting to the heart of this country's mental health crisis by building a family friendly work environment in their manufacturing plant that fosters healing and growth in parents, and by extension the children by:

1.    Over-staffing so that employees can stay home with a sick child when needed.

2.    Having trauma informed managers on-site, to identify and treat abnormal behaviors.

3.    Having daycare on-site.

4.    Providing meals, ensuring the nutrition needed for healthy brain function.
